Kate Bell is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Principal of Total Exercise Physiology.
Kate is excited to be working in the community in which she has spent the last 20 years and still calls home.

HAYLEY STRANO
Dietitian
Hayley is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and qualified Nutritionist. New to the industry since June 2021, Hayley has a growing passion for all things health and well-being. Hayley endeavours to guide, motivate and educate others toward their nutrition and lifestyle goals, and in line with the current evidence-base.
Hayley’s interest areas include:
- weight management
- cardiovascular health
- food allergies and intolerances
- gastrointestinal health
- diabetes

MATTHEW WALL
Exercise Physiologist
Matthew is passionate and well-rounded Exercise Physiologist who is determined to help you create the health change that you are striving to achieve.
Matthews interests are:

Managing persistent pain and other pain-related conditions

Musculoskeletal rehabilitation (including sports related injuries)

Supporting mental illness and mental wellbeing
-
Management of chronic disease through supporting behaviour change and exercise

Improving strength and fitness through strength and conditioning.

IMOGEN STOREY
Exercise Physiologist
Imogen graduated as an Exercise Physiologist in 2019.

We are excited to welcome Imogen back following her placement that she completed with Total EP in mid 2019.
Imogen's interest area are;
